Our method of EU tendering is based on the Danish market of EU-tenders. The Danish market is structured around the public procurement legislation, consisting of an EU Directive on Public Procurement and the Danish law: Udbudsloven. The public procurement legislation can be hard to understand, amongst others due to language barriers. Moreover, the law and the legal circumstances around it is also changing continually and it is necessary to understand these changes to have a presence in the Danish market for EU-tenders.

Thus, to carry out a successful bid on an EU-tender in Denmark it requires an understanding of how to overcome the language-, cultural barriers and be up to date on any legal obligations.
