Windows guide to TeamViewer

Download TeamViewer by following this link.
Click on the downloaded file.
Chose: Run.
Provide your ID number and password to us.
We are now able to view your screen and solve the task.
When the task is finished, you simply select: Disconnect
Nothing has been directly installed on your computer and the exe-file can either be saved for next time or deleted based on the client’s preference.

Your download folder will appear and TeamviewerQS will be marked.
Double tap the file.
Provide your ID number and Password to us.
We are now able to view your screen and solve the task.
If Gatekeeper informs you that the software is not from a recognized developer, this page can help you.
When the task is finished, you simply select: Disconnect
Nothing has been directly installed on your computer and the exe-file can either be saved for next time or deleted based on the client’s preference.
